Why would you choose to have a newsletter?
Let me answer this question. A free newsletter is filled with helpful information, and tips can be a marketing tool. When your customers visit your website and are dedicated to you, they will usually signup for to receive your newsletters. And because you know these people they are going to be your target audience and a great way to share with them about new specials, products services and articles. The more your customer sees you as an authority about your company the more they will rely on you by giving away information for free. It shows a willingness and desire to be helpful and will go along way in helping build a lasting relationship with them.
Its also a great way to stay in contact with your current customers keeping them up to date on new products.
Newsletters are a great way to update your customers, business clients, friends, and family,
perfect for customer retention and that can be shared by them to their family and friends.
Research has shown that newsletters get four times the readers of adverts or brochures, and your reader’s are seven times more likely to buy from you when approached through a newsletter.
It will help to improve your recognition and brand awareness and help to establish your company, product or service that you offer. What this does is it will set you apart from your competitors.
There are so many ways you can create a readership, here are some examples:
- Offer Free Subscriptions to your newsletter
- Offer monthly coupons
- Offer specials that no one else has access to
- Share new products
- Share testimonials
- Offer Free e-books
- Tips on care of a product (the newsletter does not need to always be about what you sell).
These are just a few examples and reasons that a personal newsletter will offer and why it can keep your customers drifting from you and going with your competitor.
Newsletters are the least expensive --- and most effective -- public relations tools that exist for drawing attention to a business or website.
The more often your customers receive a message in the form of a newsletter the more often that you will get a return on your investment (“ROI”). How often do you watch a commercial on TV and finally one day you need a particular product and you remember the ad in a magazine or that you saw on TV? That’s why repetition pays off (it becomes a subliminal message).
Now, if you don’t have the inclination of writing a newsletter or you don't have the time, don't have any idea how to format a newsletter and set it up, that’s where having someone else create a personal newsletter for you is a good decision.
That’s where my service of personal assistant and preparing your newsletter’s comes in.
I do the research about you, your company and product, write a worthy message for you, most often
going beyond the normal newsletter to make sure that your message conveys a message in a pleasing manner to your current customers and potential future clients.
The newsletter would include some great pictures, (eye candy) product information, product highlight and selling points of the product or service. Product picture's need a description and links where applicable.
If you are in the business of providing a service then it needs to be:
- About you
- What you offer
- The uniqueness of your service
- Who are your clients
And do you have testimonials from your past customers, which would be willing to write a paragraph about your product or service? If you do, then it is a good idea to be used to
promote your business or service. (business/service/product/idea).
Having a newsletter is 80% information and 20% product (or less) promotion. The idea is to build a rapport with your current and prospective customers. With each newsletter it should increase an awareness of your business and product.
So if you are ready to have a newsletter, then I am ready to help you create a tool that will help you to promote you, your product, your service, and build your business and lasting business relationships.
